Whether it's contacting your apartment management company, large items to give away or throw away, organizing transportation, coordinating housekeeping services, repairing electronic appliances, or accommodating temporary guests, we're here to provide support you need.
- Lessons and Classes
- We help you find the perfect lessons for both children and adults. Whether you're seeking language classes, or other skill development or educational courses, we're here to assist you in finding the lessons that align with your interests and goals.
- Kid-Friendly Activities
- We help you find children's playgrounds or other exciting locations in your neighborhood as well as theme parks, or other kid-friendly venues for your family to enjoy. We also provide suggestions for activities at your travel destination and support with reservations.
- Emergency Support
- In case you lose or forget your wallet or mobile phone somewhere, our concierge will assist you in searching for it. When you need an English-speaking doctor, lawyer, or administrative scrivener, we can connect you with them.

It combines the Japanese word “burenai, burezu,” meaning unwavering, with the English word “breath.” We firmly believe that staying steadfast in our dedication to clients is as vital as breathing itself. Born and raised in the northern suburbs of Osaka, specifically in cities like Minoh, Suita, and Toyonaka, I come from a region that consistently ranks among the top 10 most comfortable cities to live in throughout Japan. This upbringing has instilled in me a deep appreciation for creating comfortable and fulfilling living spaces.
Having resided in Tokyo's Minato ward for the past 15 years, I have developed a deep understanding of the local community and the diverse needs of its residents, including the foreign community. My personal experiences as a resident and a parent have given me invaluable insights into the educational environment within Minato ward. Raising my own two children here, I have firsthand knowledge of the educational institutions, ranging from top-notch international schools to prestigious local institutions. This familiarity allows me to guide and support families in finding a home that aligns with their educational priorities.
